Job Description Engineering Co-ordinator Worcester | Full TimeWe are supporting a global industrial engineering organisation in the search for an Engineering Co-ordinator to join their Maintenance Services team in Worcester.This role acts as a technical authority, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities across a range of industrial installations. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, support fault diagnosis, coordinate maintenance work orders, and act as an escalation point for complex engineering issues.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage planned and reactive maintenance work ordersProvide technical support and remote fault diagnosis for field engineersAct as an escalation point for complex technical issuesReview work scopes and ensure correct parts, labour, and resources are allocatedEnsure activities are supported by appropriate RAMS and safety proceduresLiaise with customers, engineers, contractors and suppliersSupport spare parts management and technical specificationsAssist with technical training and development across the engineering teamRequirementsTechnical qualification or relevant engineering experienceStrong understanding of industrial or process plant equipmentExperience supporting maintenance operations in manufacturing, energy, or process industriesStrong organisational, problem-solving and communication skillsExperience using SAP or similar work order systems is beneficialThe OpportunityJoin a globally recognised industrial organisation supporting critical infrastructure and advanced engineering systems, with strong investment in clean energy and hydrogen technologies.If youd like to learn more, please apply or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
