Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant Location: Worcester Employer: Thrive Education Recruitment Ltd. Qualifications are desirable but not essential what matters most is your dedication to helping young learners " thrive ". Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons. Work with individual children or small groups to provide targeted support. Help maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment. Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents. Encourage and promote the social, emotional, and educational development of all children. Provide 1:1 support to those most in need as they try to access an education. Requirements: Experience working with children (in school, nursery, or other relevant settings). A genuine passion for education and child development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach. A willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Desirable (but not essential): Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
