Job Description We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and servicefocused legal professional to undertake a pivotal hybrid role combining senior PA support to an Equity Partner with leadership and coordination of legal support services within our Commercial team.This newly innovated position, based in our Worcester office, would suit an experienced PA, Legal Team Leader, or Legal Support Manager who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders while also taking responsibility for workflow coordination, people management, and operational excellence within a busy legal environment.You will act as a trusted righthand support to the Head of Team and Equity Partner, while ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative and business support across the wider team.Key ResponsibilitiesSenior PA & Partner SupportFull diary management, anticipating priorities and managing everchanging demandsAct as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries professionally and confidentiallyPrepare correspondence and legal documents through wordprocessing and audio typingDraft, format and proofread letters, documents, and formsLegal Support Management & Team LeadershipDaytoday management and coordination of legal support staff within the teamLead appraisals, coaching, development discussions, and performance managementSupport recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new support staffFoster a collaborative, highperforming and servicedriven team culture Workflow, Operations & ComplianceOversee and coordinate workflow across the team to ensure effective support to fee earnersManage case files including opening, closing, storage and retrievalEnsure full compliance with file management and regulatory requirementsCoordinate and support key initiatives such as Paperlite, file compliance and AI implementationFinancial & Client SupportActive involvement in monthly fee estimation, billing, and related processes Ensure consistently high standards of client care and service deliveryAbout YouAs Legal Support Manager/PA to Head of Team you will have: Experience within a legal or professional services environmentStrong legal administration and document production experienceDemonstrated experience supporting senior Partners or DirectorsProven ability to supervise, lead or coordinate support staffExcellent diary management and organisational skillsConfidence managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environmentHigh levels of attention to detail, discretion and confidentialityExperience using case management systems would be advantageousStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and ZoomA driving licence or the ability to travel between office locations when requiredAbout UsBenefits of working with us as a Legal Support Manager/PA: Scottish Widows Pension Scheme Support staff bonus scheme 28 days annual leave (plus public holidays) Happy People / Perks at Work benefits portal Cycle to Work scheme Life Assurance 1/3 gym membership contribution Flu vaccinations
