Be part of one of the UKs top 10 Great Places to Work!You havePassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing settingLevel 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)Experience assessing referrals and coordinating supportThe ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approachExperience of working with people with mental health conditions to rebuild their independent living skills.The practical bitsYou will be working on a variety of shifts to cover the 24hr service, this will be a mixture of days, evenings, weekends and sleep in shift cover, the shifts are managed on a rota basis.You will be working within our services in Worcestershire - these roles are primarily for the Worcester services, however you will be expected to cover all parts of the service - this could be in Worcester or Kidderminster.You will also be expected to travel to complete assessments across the county - so a full UK driving licence and access to a car is a requirement of this role.
