We are responsible for developing and enforcing security policies, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations, managing risks, and safeguarding the companys digital assets. Partnering closely with business units across all regions, the team works to build a resilient security posture that enables innovation and growth while maintaining trust with our employees, customers, and partners.About the Role: Information Security Compliance Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting TouchPoints global information security and compliance initiatives by monitoring, assessing, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Duties include conducting risk and compliance assessments, assisting with audits and certifications (such as ISO 27001), and working with cross-functional teams to strengthen security controls. The analyst will also help develop and maintain documentation and provide guidance on compliance requirements across the organisation. Is this role for you: Familiarity with auditing standards and security frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, CMMC, SOC 2). Working knowledge of global data privacy and protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PIPL, CCPA, DPDP). Experience conducting or supporting security audits and assessments. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work across time zones and navigate diverse business and regulatory landscapes.
