Wealth Planning AssistantLocation: Worcester (Office-based, Monday to Friday)Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum + full company benefitsAn established and respected wealth management firm is looking to recruit a professional and detail-oriented Wealth Planning Assistant to join their team in Worcester. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role offering a clear opportunity to grow within a reputable and supportive environment.The RoleAs a Wealth Planning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Wealth Planners in delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll manage a wide range of administrative tasks including preparing client documentation, liaising with providers, maintaining client records, and supporting the end-to-end wealth planning process.Key responsibilities include:Providing administrative support to Wealth PlannersAttending client meetings and completing follow-up tasksPreparing documentation, application forms, and service agreementsManaging client communications and correspondenceCoordinating meeting packs, valuations, and diary managementEnsuring all data is accurately recorded in internal systems (e.g. XPlan)Assisting with onboarding processes including CDD and AML checksThe CandidateThis role would suit someone with prior experience in financial services or wealth management administration.
