You can use your wealth of knowledge to lead Retallack Resort & Spa through ongoing expansion and investment. Check out our website: You’ll Be Doing Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will oversee the management of our Hot Tubs department.Responsible for ensuring our teams have clear instructions, and are equipped to carry out seamless testing and change over dutiesMaking sure our fleet of Hot Tubs and Plant Rooms are well maintained and working in tip top conditionEnsuring the team are trained and working in line with our operating procedures while keeping our public areas shining to the highest standardsImplementing management processes for all our Hot Tubs and ensuring efficient water managementYou’ll also be leading by example: being incredibly friendly, answering guests’ questions and 'mucking in’ when you need to.
