Location: Melton (Hybrid) Salary: Up to 25,000 Working Hours: 09:00 17:30 We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to support the Product Design Manager and wider Product team on a variety of Digital (UI) and Instructional design tasks. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Design Manager to execute high-quality UI designs for our digital products. Support in the translation of user requirements and concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Assist in the handover of designs to developers, providing necessary assets and specifications. Create and management a product imagery to support creation of other materials. Support the creation of compelling e-learning course content, including slide decks, PDF resources, and interactive learning elements. Assist in the design and maintenance of the elearning platform and Academy website. Skills Required Strong attention to detail. Proactive, independent working style. Good communication and teamwork skills. Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks. Desire to learn and grow as a designer. Some experience and/or understanding of design software (ideally) Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. A working knowledge of WordPress. Document/Presentation creation / Preferably Google Workspace. The desire to keep up-to-date with graphics, digital design, and digital trends.
