The RoleHigh volume experience essentialYou will manage a catering team to ensure that the catering operations runs smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will manage a team of chefs and catering assistants. You will prepare, cook and serve food, always adhering to procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks and allergy management.The role is working 5 days out of 7 42 hours per week overtime availableShift patterns will either be 5.30am 1.30pm or 1.30pm 8.30pmThe ideal applicantWe are looking for an experienced Head/Sous Chef from a high-volume background, with experience managing large teams and working within a busy environment. An enhanced DBS check is required.We would welcome candidates from the MOD, Contract Catering, large Event and Wedding venues, large busy pub chains and hold the following qualificationsLevel 3 Food Safety and allergen managementCity & Guilds 706 1 and 2 or NVQ equivalentManagement qualifications and proven experience of coaching and mentoring your teamJBRP1_UKTJ
