We are using a revolutionary software in the Industry 4.0 context with innovative functionalities, new Technologies as AR, VR, IoT and AI.Our 70,000 users represent a large range of industries across the globe.We are looking for a talented Customer Success – Account Consultant to play a key role in ensuring customer success through the implementation, monitoring and support of a digital platform of Operational Excellence methodologies. You will be part of a passionate team of 60+ professionals and you will report to the Account Director.Location & type: remote full-time jobResponsibilities:Lead implementations on client sites ensuring the best use of the system for digital application of the operational excellence methodologyDevelop strong relationships with clients, promoting retention and improving the use of the platformMap possible gaps to increase client satisfactionBuild and manage plan to improve key indicators (SLA, NPS, ...)Identify and capitalize on business opportunitiesPromote Up / Cross sales with existing clientsMonitor the Invoice process, including renewalsRequirements:3 years of project management experience with cases of successExperience in sales processExperience on dealing/facing with clients/users at all levelsKnowledge in Operational Excellence Methodologies – TPM, WCM, Six Sigma,…Ability to work with teams of diverse culturesBe able to work with MS OfficeEngineering degree or equivalent experienceFluent in English with German as a plusStrong time management skillsDetail-oriented and high level of autonomy/initiativeProactive mindsetAbility to work under supervision and follow established guidelinesExcellent writing, communication, presentation and management skillsKnowledge in tools such as Hubspot/CRMWillingness to travelManufaturing experience using Operational Excellence metodologies as a plusWhat We Expect:Collaborate in a dynamic, flexible, creative, and open environment.Enjoy exploring new approaches and technologies.Communicate clearly and objectively in an agile team.Embrace learning from mistakes and reporting them.Go the extra mile!
