We are well-versed in building pathology and relevant statutory legislation, including landlord and tenant acts, environmental protection laws, and housing acts.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS, or CIOB Building Surveyor at Housing Disrepair Surveys. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building surveys, condition surveys and dilapidation assessments. The role includes handling housing condition claims, home buyer surveys, and leasehold/freehold disputes.QualificationsBuilding Surveying and Condition Surveys skillsDilapidations knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS) or CIOB membershipExperience in housing disrepair casesBachelor's degree in Surveying, Construction, or related field
