Job Description Ecommerce and Digital ManagerHybrid - Wolverhampton (3-4 days per week)45,000 - 50,000 + benefits This is an opportunity to take full ownership of an early-stage directtoconsumer proposition and shape how it grows. Their DTC business is still young, with strong early traction and a clear ambition to refine its customer acquisition, conversion, and digital performance. The team is collaborative, warm and creative, with a thoughtful approach to brand experience and growth.The Role You will take full ownership of daytoday ecommerce and digital performance, focusing on building a consistent rhythm of testing, learning, and optimisation. Your work will directly shape how the business grows its customer base and improves its onsite experience. Key responsibilities include: Running weekly trading routines, reviewing performance and driving clear actions Translating data into commercial decisions that improve acquisition and conversion Managing and optimising website performance on Shopify, including CRO and funnel improvements Executing handson paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Managing email and lifecycle marketing, including segmentation and automated flows Building simple, repeatable testandlearn processes across channels Working collaboratively with brand, content, and operations teams to ensure a joinedup customer experienceYour Skills and Experience You bring strong handson digital marketing capability and thrive in earlystage or scaling environments.
