Following recent growth, we are seeking aRecruitment Consultantto join our thriving Industrial/Skilled & Technical divisions. This role would suit a candidate with a background in a similar field, and/or a likeminded individual who has recently completed an engineering qualification (i.e. such as a degree, HNC or HND). The Ideal Candidate will possess: A background in engineering/manufacturing A positive, driven attitude with strong communication skills Full computer literacy A goal-oriented mindset Full Driving Licence We provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate no recruitment experience is required! As aRecruitment Consultant, youll learn how to: Build relationships with clients and implement technical insight into hiring needs Source and speak to likeminded candidates looking for new temporary and permanent opportunities i.e. CNC setters, engineers, manufacturing roles etc Manage the recruitment process from start to finish Ensure recruitment specific compliance within your role Work towards targets, both individually and within a team What We Offer: A competitive starting salary of up to 30,000 per annum A clear career path with progression opportunities Regular training and personal development 3pm Friday finishes 33 Days Holiday (including bank hols) Increasing with service Pension Scheme Paid giving back day each year City centre office with free parking Uncapped commission scheme Hours of Work 40 hours per week with hours worked between : 8am 'til 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am 'til 3pm on a Friday.
