About the Role: Our client, a contemporary resort hotel in Wolverhampton, is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Leisure Club Manager. Reporting directly to the Leisure Club Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing the Leisure Club operation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing business performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a dedicated team within a hotel leisure club environment. Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize the leisure clubs performance including membership. Deliver exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills across face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Manage departmental budgets effectively, demonstrating strong commercial awareness. Ensure impeccable personal presentation and professionalism at all times. Utilize excellent IT skills, with strong numeracy and literacy abilities. Maintain high levels of organisation, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks. Actively participate in hands-on operations, displaying a genuine passion for the leisure industry. Work a flexible schedule of 5 days out of 7, including weekends. What Were Looking For: Proven experience managing a team in a leisure club setting. Demonstrated success in revenue growth, sales, and marketing for a leisure club. Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships. Self-motivated and highly organized, with a commitment to excellence.
