CCTV Rig Manager Salary: 45,000 - 54,000 Location: Wolverhampton The Role: Hands-on, field-based role managing the daily operations of a CCTV drainage survey rig. Youll lead a small on-site crew, ensuring safe, efficient delivery in line with industry standards. Nationwide travel, including overnight stays and night shifts, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a CCTV drainage survey crew Operate and maintain CCTV survey equipment (including calibration) Carry out pipe condition inspections and capture accurate survey data Analyse footage and code defects using Wincan Produce detailed, accurate reports for projects Uphold site health and safety standards Liaise with site managers and project leads Maintain survey vehicle compliance and stock Requirements: Proven experience as a CCTV Rig Manager or similar OS19X (MSCC5) certification Strong proficiency with Wincan software In-depth drainage systems and CCTV survey knowledge Leadership and team management ability Full UK driving licence Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel nationwide Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (experience dependent) Ongoing training and career development Accommodation and subsistence when away Opportunity to work on nationally critical infrastructure projects How to Apply: MGR Recruitment is acting as an employment business for this vacancy.
