Dual Registered Children's Home ManagerWolverhamptonLocation:Wolverhampton Services: 2-bed and solo Residential Home Client Group:Children & Young People with Complex Needs Salary: up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) Bonus: Performance and KPI bonus scheme Para Groupis seeking apassionate and experienced Registered Managerto lead a 2-bed and solo specialist residential services for children and young people aged 817 with complex needs, including emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties. These services are designed to deliver high-impact, individualised care that promotes healing, growth, and long-term positive outcomes. We're looking for someone who canlead from the front , providestable and nurturing environments , and be thedriving force for high-quality careand staff development.
