This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, hands-on leader who wants to treat the restaurant as their own with real autonomy, a profit share scheme, and the chance to be part of something special from day one. As part of your onboarding, youll also spend a week in Spain at one of our sister venues all expenses paid to immerse yourself in the brand and culture. What Youll Be Doing Lead from the front: Youll be the driving force behind the restaurant, inspiring your team and setting the tone for excellence. Setting up the restaurant to deliver from day one Take ownership: Oversee every aspect of the operation from service and staffing to standards and sales. Deliver excellence: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience, every time. Build and motivate: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across both FOH and BOH. Run a slick operation: Maintain top standards in food safety, compliance, cash handling, and cleanliness. Drive growth: Use your commercial acumen to boost revenue, manage costs, and grow the business. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager (steakhouse or grill experience a plus). A natural leader with energy, confidence, and a hands-on approach. Passionate about great food, great service, and great people. Organised, commercially minded, and always looking for ways to improve. Flexible with working hours and holds a clean UK driving licence.
