We employ over 2,500 people in 16 manufacturing facilities, 1 corporate office and 2 R&D facilities across Canada, Europe, and the United States.Read more about our story at: www.iplglobal.comPosition Title: Supply Chain AssistantLocation: Wolverhampton (Site based)Key responsibilitiesTo provide critical support across the Supply Chain team and contributing effectively to ensure that all processes are followed and processed correctly.Provide analysis of open sales orders against forecast identifying shortfalls / additional demandUpdate & Manage Customer Service OTIF KPIsMonitor & Update Current and future months order intake.Facilitate the return of any customer products liaising with all relevant departmentsSupport other roles within Supply Chain Team, cross training in Logistics, Order Processing & Production Coordinator to provide holiday cover if required.Manage & Update Internal Supply Chain NCRScan In & Manage In-coming Delivery notes, Customer PODs & Driver Sign In Sheets.Chase Suppliers & Ensure All BRC certifications are up to date.Update Within IFS Customer/Supplier Prices.Assist Supply Chain Controller with fortnightly stock takes on all inventory parts.Provide Aged Stock Reports To Sales Team.About YouSkills and Experience RequiredComputer literateCustomer Focus Ensuring the internal customer expectations and requirements are met.Provide clear and professional communication to internal customers.Delivers Results Coordinate activities for efficient service delivery. Communication Competent communicating at all levels within the business. The ability to build strong relationships across all stakeholders.Mindset Showing a positive and professional attitude to everyday challenges whilst continuous improving processes.Previous Experience within a Supply Chain Department would be advantageousDesirable-Advanced knowledge of Excel
