Residential Property Solicitor/Head of Office An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Wokingham office on a full-time basis. The role can also be to perform the Head of Office position.The successful applicant will: ideally have recent experience working in Wokingham and/or Berkshire; have a proven track record in building excellent relationships with local estate agents and referrers of work; have very strong technical skills, excellent client care and a collaborative, team-based approach to working; have a proven track record in managing workloads to achieve financial targets; and be comfortable with adhering to compliance, policies and internal systems.. relish the opportunity to be an "individual" with a high street firmThe successful applicant will need to have at least 5 years PQE in residential property and an efficient and well organized approach to managing client work.
