Social Worker / Preparing for Adulthood An exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to support young people transitioning into adult life, using person-centred and strengths-based social care practice. As a Social Worker you will take a person-centred, strengths-based approach, assessing needs, connecting people with support and ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met.
