The Person The Night Manager will have: Previous experience in this kind of role and comfortable doing night audits as Night Manager Has also got the desire to utilise their outstanding customer service skills, working proactively and using their own initiative. A strong operational record in hospitality, with a sound knowledge of night reception duties Opera experience Confidence to take payments Polite and professional verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner. Good IT skills and a competent user of Microsoft Office. A high standard of personal presentation. Previous exposure to hotel online booking platforms would be advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with confident and compassionate when dealing with complaints. A calm and well organised approach to often competing work priorities with good attention to detail.
