The role sits on TRLs executive team and combines strategic, commercial and operational leadership of a 3050-strong team working across research, consultancy, and technical services.Were looking for a proven leader with credibility in infrastructure, transport or asset-heavy sectors. Youll bring commercial acumen, client gravitas, and a collaborative, low-ego leadership style. This is your chance to shape TRLs Asset Management business, influence national infrastructure strategies, and lead innovation with real-world impact.Youll work with clients such as National Highways and UK local authorities, lead high-value engagements, and play a key role in TRLs growth and innovation agenda.
