Job Title: Senior Block Property ManagerLocation: East London (Hybrid - 3 Days WFH)Salary: Up to £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the CompanyOur client is a well-established and supportive property management company based in East London. Known for their excellent reputation and client-focused approach, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Block Property Manager to join their dedicated and professional team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that truly values its staff, promotes a positive and flexible working environment, and offers genuine career progression.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential blocks, working closely with RMC (Resident Management Company) and RTM (Right to Manage) clients. The role is hybrid, with 3 days working from home, and comes with the support of a dedicated assistant to help with administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential blocksBuild and maintain strong working relationships with RMC and RTM directorsPrepare and manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditureConduct regular site inspections and manage planned and reactive maintenanceAppoint and oversee contractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standardEnsure compliance with all relevant lease terms and legal requirementsHandle leaseholder queries and communications professionally and promptlyAttend AGMs and residents' meetings, providing clear and professional guidanceLiaise with internal teams including accounts, legal, and compliance departmentsCandidate RequirementsMinimum 5-6 years’ experience in residential block managementStrong understanding and hands-on experience working with RMC and RTM clientsTPI qualification preferred but not essentialMust have experience with building Safety Act Package & BenefitsSalary up to £50,000, depending on experienceHybrid working - 3 days from homeDedicated assistant to support with administrative workloadSupportive working environment with ongoing training and developmentFriendly, professional team and strong company values
