Residential Property Locum – Plot Sales | Hampshire | 7 MonthsWe’re working with a highly regarded, multi-office law firm based in Hampshire that is seeking an experienced Residential Property Locum to join their Plot Sales Team.Key details:Start date: SeptemberDuration: Approximately 7 monthsLocation: Hampshire (hybrid working available)Rate: Competitive hourly rateThe role will involve:Supervising two junior staff handling freehold and leasehold new build transactionsLiaising with the in-house development team and external developer clientsPreparing site setup documentation for new developmentsAssisting juniors with buyer solicitor enquiriesSupporting the team with requisitions arising from prior transactionsOccasionally handling residential sale and purchase matters, including part-exchange and shared equity workMaintaining accurate spreadsheets and reporting regularly to clients and the internal teamThis is a strong opportunity for a property locum looking for a longer-term role beyond the usual summer holiday cover period.
