This is more than a management position; it’s an opportunity to build a culture of care, compassion, and continuous improvement.Your responsibilities will include:Leadership & Vision: Inspiring and empowering your team to deliver outstanding care while creating an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.Sales & Occupancy Growth: Leading marketing and sales strategies to ensure the home achieves and maintains optimum occupancy levels.Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, managing P&L, and driving efficiency without compromising on quality.Quality & Compliance: Ensuring the home operates above and beyond regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance with CIW regulations.Team Development: Recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional team members, fostering professional growth and job satisfaction.Customer Engagement: Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to uphold our reputation for excellence.This is a role for a dynamic leader who thrives on challenges, is passionate about delivering exceptional care, and is committed to creating a vibrant and welcoming home for our residents.
