Issue Management Specialist6-month initial contract (until end of Mar.)Hybrid working - Gaydon£33.88ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw *Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.* About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Issue Management Specialist to join their team Job DescriptionAs Issue Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:Overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues across complex systems.Ensure consistent adherence to established processesEffective utilisation of issue management toolsClear, and transparent, reporting to senior stakeholders.Drive actions, based on clear KPI's around defect management, with stakeholders. Qualifications/Skills neededStrong skills in developing metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations are essential.Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant experience.Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions on complex or sensitive matters.
