Job DescriptionProduct Manager Location: Woking, Surrey (3 days onsite each week)Salary: Up to 75,000 - 80,000 DOEPyramid Recruitment are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of high-impact products within the payments and fraud space, for one of our Fintech clients. Youll play a central role in shaping the roadmap, aligning with business strategy, and bringing scalable, customer-driven solutions to market.What Youll Be DoingOwn the full lifecycle of your products, from concept to delivery and beyondTranslate business goals into product strategy and an actionable roadmapAct as the key liaison between development, commercial, and customer-facing teamsUnderstand and represent user needs through research and stakeholder engagementDeliver insights to support go-to-market plans and strategic decisionsEnsure products remain competitive, relevant, and aligned to business prioritiesSupport internal teams with product knowledge, positioning, and contextContribute to a positive team culture of feedback, learning, and accountabilityWhat Youll Need5+ years' experience in product management, with strong lifecycle ownershipPayments industry experience (issuing, acquiring, transaction processing)Experience with fraud prevention tools, case management, or risk analyticsStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail in data and documentationAbility to prioritise effectively and communicate complex ideas simplyComfortable working in fast-paced, agile environmentsFamiliarity with agile tools and frameworks at scaleNice to HaveExperience in issuer or merchant fraud operations, strategy, or investigationsExposure to global payment systems or real-time fraud detection
