Marketing & Communications Executive Location: Hickstead, West Sussex (with occasional travel to depots nationwide) Salary: Competitive + Benefits Reports to: Chief Executive Officer About Sweeptech Sweeptech Environmental Services Ltd is the UKs leading national provider of road sweeping, tanker and environmental waste-management services. We operate over 280 vehicles and nine depots nationwide, supporting major infrastructure, airport, and local authority contracts. We are an award-winning, sustainability-driven business, recognised for innovation and environmental leadership. The Opportunity We are now looking for a talented and driven Marketing & Communications Executive to take ownership of our marketing function as we bring it in-house. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or early-career professional to make a visible impact within a national, commercially focused B2B business. This is an ideal role for a recent marketing graduate or someone early in their career who wants to make a visible impact in a fast-growing commercial environment. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape our corporate communications, internally and externally and bring fresh ideas to how we present ourselves across digital and print media. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver modern, professional marketing materials(digital and print) to support bids, tenders, Design and facilitate External Advertising and customer presentations. Maintain and enhance our corporate website, ensuring it remains up to date, on-brand, and relevant to our markets. Support the design and delivery of internal communications, including newsletters, Townhall updates (and I need to start this!), leadership briefings, and staff engagement campaigns. Create case studies, social media posts (not consumer channels), and press releases that reflect our innovation, ESG achievements, and national capability. Assist in managing photography, video content, and brand consistency across all platforms. Work with managers across depots to understand operational activities and translate them into clear, engaging marketing outputs. Track and report marketing activities and engagement metrics, supporting continuous improvement. Generate, distribute, and analyse customer satisfaction surveys Work on any trade shows planning Manage promotional items where necessary About You Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. Excellent writing and design awareness, with an eye for professional presentation. Confident communicator able to engage with senior management and operational teams. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities. Competent in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 tools. Familiar with website content management (WordPress or similar). Creative thinker who understands that this is a commercial, B2B business not a lifestyle brand.
