We are working in partnership with a well-established and rapidly expanding manufacturing business in Witney to recruit a Purchasing Assistant. As Purchasing Assistant, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and involved in Purchasing, Stock Control and Production administration. Main Responsibilities Raising Purchase orders Progressing Orders Liaising with Suppliers Maintaining Stock levels Processing production stock control paperwork General Admin duties, answering the phone, filing, scanning etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, good attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
