HGV Class 2 Driver - Witney 35,000 36,000 Starting Salary + Excellent Benefits Temp to Perm Opportunity! We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy and well-established operation in Witney, Oxford. The role is offered on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis , providing a clear pathway into a permanent position. The Role As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods while acting as a key representative of the business. This is a safety-critical role where professionalism and reliability are essential. Key responsibilities include: Delivering goods safely and on time across your designated area Securing loads and carrying out daily vehicle checks Completing all transport documentation accurately Providing a friendly and professional service to customers Working Hours 42.5 hours per week 7:00am start time 9.5-hour working day (including 1-hour break) Sociable hours supporting a strong work-life balance What We're Looking For Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence CPC card and Digital Tachograph Proven experience in multi-drop delivery Strong focus on safety and customer service Moffett certification (desirable but not essential) Candidates without Moffett experience must be willing to undertake training, as full certification will be provided.
