Location:Witney,Oxfordshire Salary:40,000basic-50,000-70,000OTE(viaprojectcompletionbonus) Hours:40hours/week|MondaytoFriday ContractType:Permanent WeareseekinganexperiencedConstructionProjectManagertooverseeandmanagekeyin-houseprojects,includingtheredevelopmentofexistingbuildings,newbuilddevelopments,andmixed-useschemes.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundinprojectmanagement,budgeting,andanalysis,withQSskillsconsideredanadvantage.WhileaRICSqualificationispreferred,itisnotessential. ReportingdirectlytotheManagingDirector,theConstructionProjectManagerwillberesponsibleforleadingprojectsfrominceptiontocompletion,ensuringtheyaredeliveredontimeandwithinbudget.Therolewillalsoinvolvecreatingandbuildingeffectiverelationshipswiththird-partysuppliersandcontractors,aswellasensuringcompliancewithallrelevantregulationsandstandards.Thispositionoffersauniqueopportunitytogainhands-onexperienceineveryaspectofself-storagedevelopmentwhilecontributingtothecompanysongoinggrowthandsuccess.
