Payroll Manager / Senior Payroll Executive Salary: 40,000 45,000 DOE (Part-time considered) Location: Witney We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager / Senior Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll services for a portfolio of clients, while supervising two payroll assistants and ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and client service. Key Responsibilities Process and review client payrolls, including RTI submissions Oversee payrolls completed by junior team members Manage workplace pension schemes and provider submissions Support auto-enrolment compliance and deadlines Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies Act as main contact for client payroll queries Supervise and support two payroll assistants Systems Sage Payroll Pension provider portals and submission systems Requirements Strong UK payroll experience (practice or bureau essential) Knowledge of RTI and workplace pensions Experience reviewing payrolls and supervising staff Strong attention to detail and client communication skills For more information on this role please contact Will Langdon at Clark Wood / 07920557121 TPBN1_UKTJ
