General Labourer

Position: General Labourer Location: Oxford Salary: 28000 to 30000 Type of work: permanent Working hours: 8:00 to 04:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am to 1:00 on Fridays Benefits: private healthcare, 23 + 8 bank holidays, pension, free car park. We are now seeking to recruit a General Labourer to support workshop manufacturing and warehouse operations. The appropriate candidate would be will in to help around workshop / warehouse with the following duties: Ensuring the workshop and loading bay is kept clean and tidy Assisting with packing of systems into export crates and preparing finished products for shipment Provide General handyman duties throughout the facility Carry out local deliveries and pickups as required Maintain the appearance of the outside areas and car park Assist with workshop preparation of components for manufacture Including cleaning, degreasing, hand polishing, cutting of tubes and light machining work (ending up tubes, boring holes) Requirements: Clean and full driving licence Excellent attention to detail Experienced with all manner of hand tools Forklift licence desirable. Flexible and self-motivated. High levels of initiative.
