Experienced Level 3 Acrobatics coach (British Gymnastics)

Job Title: Level 3 Acro Coach Location: West Oxfordshire Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: 35,000 per annum Holidays: Standard holidays (28 days per year including UK bank holidays)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Level 3 Acro Coach to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a passionate coach with strong technical knowledge, proven coaching experience, and a commitment to athlete development, safety, and performance excellence.Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality acrobatic gymnastics coaching across a range of ages and abilities Plan, prepare, and deliver structured training sessions in line with British Gymnastics standards Support athlete progression, performance development, and skill advancement Ensure a safe training environment, adhering to safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare policies Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff Assist with competition preparation and performance where required Maintain accurate records and ongoing professional developmentEssential Requirements British Gymnastics Level 3 Acro Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) Proven experience coaching acrobatic gymnastics Strong technical knowledge and understanding of progression pathways Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Valid safeguarding and first aid certification Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to motivate, support, and inspire athletesDesirable Competition coaching experience Experience working within a club performance programme Additional gymnastics or coaching qualificationsWhat We Offer Competitive salary of 35,000 per year Full-time position (40 hours per week) Standard UK holiday entitlement Supportive and professional coaching environment Opportunities for continued professional development How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief covering statement outlining your coaching experience and qualifications to [email protected] Type: Full-timePay: 35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
