Job Description Mackie Myers is a fast-growing, independent recruitment partner operating across London, Oxford, Cambridge and Los Angeles. Our ambition is bold, our growth plans are significant, and were investing heavily in the next generation of talent to help shape the future of the business.The Role Youll join our Oxford office as part of a supportive, high-performing team and train to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from day one.Main Duties Through a blend of structured training, hands-on experience and close mentorship, youll quickly develop commercial skills:Sales and business developmentTalent sourcing and headhuntingClient and candidate relationship managementNegotiation, influencing and commercial decision-makingBuilding and running your own revenue-generating deskAs a scale-up business, progression is driven by performance, not time served.
