In this role you will be trained to build and assemble bespoke machinery, manufacture and prepare parts, and support fitting and repair work across a range of engineering projects. You will work closely with experienced engineers, reading 2D CAD drawings and supporting the full build process from fabrication through to final assembly. Based in Witham - Mon-Fri - 07:45 - 16:15. The role would suit a Trainee Engineer, Fitter, or someone with hands-on engineering experience looking to develop their skills in a supportive, workshop-based environment.
