Senior Import LCL Operator- Witham 35-40K DOE 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Extra holidays after 1 years worth of service Hours: 7am 4pm or 8am - 5pm Company pension scheme Performance reviews Free parking Team Nights out Job Summary: Dynamic family run Freight Forwarders with over a 35-year history are seeking an experienced Senior Import LCL Operator to join them in their office in Witham We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in freight forwarding , with a strong focus on Deep Sea Imports. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the end-to-end LCL Imports, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships and operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Arranging air, sea & road import bookings Dealing with overseas offices & partners Working start to finish on files Processing sales & purchases Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing. Looking after key accounts Raising Invoices Managing direct client accounts Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with our policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of freight systems and invoicing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities TPBN1_UKTJ
