As our Pricing Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and executing pricing strategies that support our growth and profitability while guiding a skilled team to deliver accurate, insightful pricing decisions.What you’ll be owning:Design and maintain dynamic pricing models tailored to multiple customer segments and sales channels.Analyse pricing data to optimise margin, volume, and competitive positioning.Drive supplier cost price change management, ensuring timely and precise updates in customer pricing.Partner with Sales and Account Management to provide pricing insights and deal support.Lead and develop a team focused on accuracy, analysis, and commercial responsiveness.Innovate pricing processes, leveraging automation and enhanced reporting tools for faster, smarter decisions.Why your role matters:You’ll be the pricing expert who unlocks commercial value by balancing cost, margin, and market demands - empowering DD to stay competitive and profitable in the UK dental market.The skills and experience that set you apart:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with Excel and data tools expertise.Deep commercial awareness of pricing strategy and margin optimisation.Proven leadership in managing and developing teams.Excellent communicator skilled in stakeholder engagement.Experience with ERP/pricing systems and cost modelling.Background in dental, medical, or healthcare distribution industries preferred.
