Job Opportunity: Residential ConveyancerWe are working with a reputable law firm based across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk & Norfolk, recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer in their Wisbech office. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 1+ years PQE, open to Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers Experience managing a caseload involving sales, purchases, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, right to buy, and deeds of variation Typical duties include: Undertaking domestic and other conveyancing work Handling and developing a mixed caseload Preparing and undertaking necessary searches Dealing with enquiries Ideal candidate qualities: 1-2+ years PQE experience Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and third parties Thorough and detailed approach to work Team player with excellent organization, administration, and communication skills If this role aligns with your career goals, please apply via the advert or contact Calum at Eclectic Recruitment.
