Showroom Manager

Designer Recruitment are proud to be representing a rapidly expanding premium kitchen company who are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their showroom in Merseyside . Salary & Package: 30,000 - 35,000 + bonus (depending on experience) Role Overview: We are working on behalf of a premium bespoke kitchen retailer who are looking for a confident and commercially minded Showroom Manager. This role will see you taking full ownership of the showroom, leading and developing a team of designers and sales consultants, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience are delivered at all times. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining showroom presentation, and representing the brand both in-store and externally. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of kitchen designers and sales consultants Ensure the showroom is presented to a high standard, reflecting the brands positioning Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to sale Support the team in achieving individual and showroom sales targets Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth end-to-end process Act as a brand ambassador and promote the business both in-store and at company events Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and performance Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Showroom Manager or Senior Kitchen Designer (4+ years preferred) Strong background in kitchen design and sales Confident leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team Commercially aware and target driven Familiarity with design software such as Fusion 2020, AutoCAD, Compusoft, or ArtiCAD (preferred) Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach Willingness to work Saturdays (with a weekday off) If you are an ambitious leader with a passion for kitchens and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-regarded business.
