We pride ourselves on delivering safe, innovative access solutions while maintaining a strong focus on client needs and on-site professionalism.As we continue to grow, were looking for an experienced Advanced Scaffolder who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into a supervisory role.Role OverviewYou will lead scaffolding teams across projects, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of all works, with a strong focus on health 'safety, team leadership, and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced scaffolder looking to develop into a long-term leadership position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise scaffolding teams on-siteCoordinate with Contracts Managers and Site Managers to deliver programmes on timeEnsure all scaffolding work meets TG20 and SG4 guidance and company standardsCarry out toolbox talks, safety checks, and risk assessmentsAssist with planning and organising scaffolding works (materials, logistics, manpower)Mentor junior scaffolders and apprenticesAct as a point of contact for clients and site representativesMaintain accurate site paperwork and daily reportingRequirementsCISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card (Essential)Minimum 5 years experience in scaffolding, with recent site leadership experienceValid Driving LicenceStrong knowledge of TG20:21, SG4:22, and current H&S legislationGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to lead teams, resolve issues, and represent the company professionallySMSTS or SSSTS qualification (desirable or willingness to obtain)First Aid at Work (desirable)What We OfferCompetitive salary and overtime opportunitiesCompany van and fuel cardSupport to gain SSSTS/SMSTS and grow into full managementA strong pipeline of high-profile projectsFriendly and supportive working environmentFull PPE, training, and company-branded workwearOpportunities for progression within a growing company
