Showroom Manager Wirral | Well-Established Kitchen Company Designer Recruitment are working with a rapidly-expanding kitchen retailer in Wirral who are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead their talented team. The Role: Manage a team of designers and sales consultants to deliver bespoke kitchens Maintain high showroom standards and provide an exceptional customer experience Liaise with other departments and promote the company brand Attend company events as needed Requirements: Previous showroom management or senior designer experience (4 years) Proven kitchen design and sales background Familiarity with Fusion 2020, AutoCAD, Compusoft or ArtiCAD preferred Saturday working required (with a weekday off) Package: 30,000 - 35,000 bonus for the right candidate If youre an ambitious leader with a passion for bespoke kitchens and delivering exceptional customer experiences, wed love to hear from you!
