Paint Sprayers (days/nights) Winsford 16.44 days / 18.90 nights Contract to permanent role 41.5 hours + any overtime (x1.25/x1.5) Certain Advantage is partnering with an automotive manufacturer to recruit experienced Paint Sprayers . This role focuses on preparing and finishing commercial vehicles and components to top-quality standards while supporting efficient production and safety practices. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, prime, and spray vehicle bodies, chassis, and component parts to a high standard of finish. Use single-pack and two-pack paints in line with manufacturer and safety requirements. Meet production schedules by working effectively alone or with others. Follow instructions and maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area. Handle materials responsibly to minimise waste. Support a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Take on additional duties when required, with suitable training provided. Your Background: Experience in preparing and spraying vehicles, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector. Knowledge of both single-pack and two-pack paint systems. Track record of meeting production and quality targets. Hands-on, organised, and focused on precision and efficiency. Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem solving. During the Interview, We May Ask You About: Experience preparing and painting bodywork and parts.
