Job Title:Laser/Press Brake Operative Location:Cheshire Salary:29-30k Join our client's production team as a Laser/Press Brake Operative. This role involves operating laser and press brake machinery to produce high-quality components, supporting and fulfilling production requirements. Perform complex programming and adjustments on press brake machinery. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Maintain equipment and work areas in good and safe working condition. Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency and safety. Key Skills/Attributes & Experience: Previous experience in a similar Laser/Press Brake operator role. Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings. Proficient in laser and press brake operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Company Benefits: Weekly pay frequency. 33 days holiday. Health plan eligibility after probation. 9-day fortnight working pattern.
