You will handle various commercial property matters, from acquisitions and disposals to lease renewals and contract drafting. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters. Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and business lease renewals. Draft and review contracts and other property-related documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships with both new and existing clients. Attend networking events to develop business opportunities and promote the firm's services. Contribute to marketing efforts, including writing articles and engaging in other promotional activities. The Person We are looking for a qualified solicitor with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law. The ideal candidate will have: Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law. Case management experience. Excellent client care skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships. Interest in business development and networking. Sound IT skills, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
