Direct message the job poster from St George's School Windsor Castle Director of Marketing and CommunicationsSt George’s School Windsor Castle is seeking a Residential Graduate Assistant (Marketing). A fixed term contract from September 2025 - July 2026, this is an exciting opportunity which enables the post holder to be both an integral part of the school's boarding and chorister chaperone teams, while also playing a vital role in marketing the school. As a Boarding Assistant: Organise and supervise a variety of fun, stimulating and well planned activities for the school's boarders Assist with the supervision of evening prep and study Attend breakfast and supper with the boarders when on duty. Assist the House Parents and Assistant House Parent in ensuring good table manners, and that the boarders have a nourishing and healthy diet Assist with the daily supervision of music practice, under the direction of the Director of Music (School) Support boarders with any preparation for drama (LAMDA) exams Co-curricular supervision / Fixtures - Wednesday or Friday afternoon from 2.00 - 6.00pm Oversee the supervision of Breakfast Club Keep the House Parents informed of any issues that arise involving a boarder or chorister, either during the day or in Chapel As a Chorister Chaperone: Accompany the Choristers for their duties, including daily rehearsals; weekly Evensong and Sunday services in Chapel. (NB: Working hours include mornings, late afternoons and early evenings, Sundays, Easter, Christmas and extra involvement where needed with concerts, tours, and special services such as the annual Garter Day Service) Play a key role in the wellbeing of the Choristers, attendinng key meetings with the school's House Parents (to whom the successful applicants will report) Establishing a strong working relationship with the Boarding and Pastoral Team and Chapel Music Department As a Marketing Assistant: Capture video footage and photography of school activities and events (in line with the school’s photographic guidelines and parental consent), editing and distributing as required, then filing in a timely manner Managing multiple social media accounts daily, generating ideas, creating content, writing captions and scheduling posts, reels, stories, etc Updating and uploading content on the school website and online third party listings Tracking social media and website analytics and market trends, contributing to internal reporting on a termly basis Assisting where required with the production of the weekly newsletter, general departmental administrative tasks and the planning and delivery of other marketing projects and school events including open mornings Helping to promote and support school-wide branding compliance If the following description sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you!
