Were working with fast-growing provider of business financing solutions for SMEs, and were looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen the relationships with brokers and investors.This role offers full ownership of digital marketing from paid media to content strategy and a great chance to directly influence brand growth and revenue.What Youll Be DoingAs Digital Marketing Manager, you will:Develop and implement a full digital marketing strategy aligned with business goalsManage and optimise Google Ads (search, display, remarketing) and SEO performancePlan and create high-quality content for emails, social media, investor packs, and blog postsRun segmented email campaigns and maintain a consistent publishing calendarLead LIIn strategy including posting, outreach, and advertisingSupport broker engagement through co-branded materials, events, and sales toolsCoordinate event marketing for sponsorships (e.g., sports activations, golf days)Produce monthly investor marketing reports and support communications strategyOwn the digital marketing budget, monitor ROI, and report key metrics weeklyCollaborate with internal teams across sales, systems, and developmentKey RequirementsWere looking for someone who has:Proven experience in digital marketing ideally in B2B or financial servicesExpertise in Google Ads, SEO, LI marketing, and performance trackingStrong copywriting and content development skillsHands-on multi-channel execution across concurrent campaignsHands-on experience planning ,promoting and activating brand presence at events ( trade shows, broker days, awards and sponsorships)Confidence in managing external suppliers and internal stakeholdersA hands-on approach with a focus on results and continuous improvementExperience with tools such as:Google Ads & AnalyticsLI Campaign ManagerEmail platformsCRM database / websiteCanva/Adobe (design briefs)Monday(dot)com or other planning toolsWhat Youll Get in ReturnAutonomy to lead a vital business functionInvolvement in high-profile sponsorship eventsA collaborative and ambitious team environmentApply NowIf youre ready to take ownership of a growing digital function in a fast-paced business finance environment, wed love to hear from you.
