About the Role Lead and manage a team of 4 Shift Engineers plus on-site contractors. Hands-on support with PPMs and reactive maintenance. Oversee electrical fault finding, automation, control panels, and single/three-phase motors. Manage maintenance programs, reporting, and performance targets. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and collaborate closely with production teams. Drive continuous improvement and support on-site projects. What We're Looking For City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Strong experience with Shire/Piranha maintenance software. Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in engineering maintenance. In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.). Passion for continuous improvement.
