Job DescriptionD365 F&O Solution Architect Start: ASAPDuration: 6 months+Location: hybrid, Windsor, 1 day per week on sitePay: inside IR35, up to 600 p/day Overview:We are looking for a seasoned D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to shape and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires a strategic mindset and deep technical and business process knowledge.Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with clients to understand needs and propose effective solutions. Design and guide architecture transition to industry-standard platforms. Lead workshops, define MVPs, and contribute to product and architecture roadmaps. Provide solution oversight from bid stage through to delivery. Support and mentor team members, sharing best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business value.Skills & Experience Required: 8+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX), with at least 4 end-to-end implementations. Strong technical foundation, with deep understanding of Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain. Experience in D365 infrastructure, Azure deployments, integrations, and customisation strategies. Confident in engaging at executive level and managing client expectations. Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Energy sector experience is an advantage.Additional Information: Individual contributor role (no direct reports). No budget or asset responsibilities.
