With over 115 years of specialised audio-visual production experience, we understand AV's power and precisely what clients desire: professional, seamless, end-to-end delivery that aligns with your schedule and budget.As an established events production services company working across the UK and Europe, we need to expand our team resources to sustain our growth and impact into the Exhibition and Experiential Sectors.About the role:The Exhibition Production Manager is responsible for delivering high-impact commercial exhibitions and events, ensuring flawless execution from concept through to delivery. This role manages the production process end-to-end - overseeing logistics, technical production, fabrication, and vendor coordination - to create engaging experiences that elevate the brand and achieve client objectives.Key Responsibilities:Project & Production ManagementLead the production planning, scheduling, and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and brand activationsDevelop and manage production timelines, ensuring deadlines are consistently metOversee stand builds, staging, lighting, AV, signage, and other technical/creative elementsWork Translate client briefs and creative concepts into actionable production plansVendor & Team CoordinationSource, brief, and manage external suppliers, contractors, and production partnersNegotiate costs and contracts to achieve best value without compromising qualitySupervise onsite teams during builds, installations, live event days, and dismantlingEnsure clear communication internallyBudget & Resource ManagementPrepare, monitor, and reconcile production budgetsTrack expenses and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholdersOptimize resources to balance quality and cost efficiencyHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure all exhibitions comply with venue regulations, health and safety laws, and insurance requirementsCarry out risk assessments and method statements (RAMS); manage on-site safety protocolsGuarantee that builds and installations meet structural and technical standardsClient Service & DeliveryProvide regular progress updates and manage client expectationsEnsure all deliverables meet brand standards and event objectivesAbout you:Qualifications & SkillsProven experience managing exhibition or event production, ideally within trade shows, brand activations, or large-scale corporate eventsStrong technical knowledge of event builds, fabrication, rigging, lighting, and AV systemsExcellent vendor management and negotiation skillsStrong project management ability - able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlinesBudget management and financial accountability experienceExcellent communication and leadership skills for managing on-site teamsProblem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under pressureEducation & ExperienceProven experience in event management, production, project management3+ years' experience in exhibition or live event production, ideally in a commercial/events agency or contractor environmentHands-on experience with exhibition stand builds and large-scale corporate eventsExperience of using beMatrix/Aluvision productsTransport managementFull UK Driving LicenceAdditional informationWinchester Office-based with frequent travel to event venues, suppliers, and client sitesExtended hours, evenings, and weekends required during build and live event periodsAs part of a wider team producing live events, you will be expected to assist and contribute to corporate events outside of the exhibitions scope of worksIf you're interested in the role and would like to put yourself forward please hit APPLYCandidates with the experience or relevant job titles of; Exhibition Project Manager, Event Production Manager, Senior Event Producer, Stand Build Project Manager, Live Event Manager, Exhibition Operations Manager, Creative Production Manager, AV Production Manager, Exhibition Lead, Project Manager (Live Events), Event Logistics Manager, Senior Exhibition Coordinator, Booth Production Manager, Exhibition Fabrication Manager may also be considered for this role.
